Once you customize the Video with your details and place the order, our team of Professional Designers will create your Video. You can download the Video from our Website under 'My Orders' section or from our Mobile app.
No. We do not provide Preview. This is done to keep the costs low. Our competitors may provide a "Free" Preview, but the charges will be included when you purchase the Video. If you provide all the details correctly, we can guarantee that you will receive the Video as expected.
After providing the details, click 'Verify Invitation Details' before payment to verify all the details you provided.
Still not satisfied? Consider the cost of the video is double and you will need to pay half the payment in advance. We guarantee that even if the cost of the video is doubled, you will not find video invitations at a lower price anywhere!
We create all videos as per the Preview shown above. Any changes, addition or removal will be considered as a customization and charged based on designer effort required to complete the changes.

After the order is placed, our designers will create the video based on the details provided you. Once the video is created, it will be available for download.
To download your video, go-to the My Orders page. Click the Invitation ID and click 'Download' to download your video.
If the Invitation Status is 'Processing', then your video is not yet created and it will be created based on the Delivery Mode chosen at the checkout.
